Annika Hansteen-Izora (they/she/he) is an art director, artist, and designer from California now working out of Brooklyn, New York. As a multimedia artist, Annika uses poetry, design, and performance to explore themes of healing, Black liberation, afrofuturism, and queerness. They are Creative Director for Somewhere Good, a to-be released social platform that centers and celebrates people of color. They have launched and led the creative direction for brands such as Ethel’s Club, a wellness platform for people of color and Form No Form, a 24 hour visual channel celebrating people of color. Their work has been featured by AIGA Eye on Design, It’s Nice That, Vogue, the Creative Independent, and others.
