Sonali Goel (she/her) is the Director of Talent and Development for Macmillan Publishers. Prior to joining Macmillan, Sonali has worked with MediaMath, Samsung, McAfee and Dell. Sonali's expertise lies in partnering strategically with business leaders to define, articulate, and sustain a high performing, inclusive culture, where people are excited to learn and do their best work. As a people practices leader, Sonali crafts and executes forward thinking development, engagement and retention strategies that align with company values and address immediate and emerging talent needs.

Sonali is certified in Change Management, Hogan Assessment Systems, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Predictive Index, Professional Coaching and Insights Discovery.

When she's not working, Sonali enjoys reading, going on long walks with her dogs, and learning about life from her teenage daughter. Sonali volunteers time with her town's Ambulance Squad, and is a certified EMT in the state of New Jersey.
