Tiara Puglisi
Director of Marketing Strategy
EA
Tiara Puglisi currently serves as Director of Brand Marketing at EA, where she leads marketing for The Sims and Skate. She joined EA to evolve The Sims and Skate for the next generation. While Tiara loves both games equally, she is particularly drawn to The Sims because of its inclusivity.
Prior to EA, she built and led the Connections Strategy team at R/GA. a team of hybrid strategists that bridge the gap between media and creative. While at R/GA, Tiara grew the team 40% and led work for brands such as Nike, eBay, and Planned Parenthood.
Prior to R/GA, Tiara worked at Anomaly where she created strategies for clients within some of her favorite verticals – sports and food. Tiara launched integrated brand campaigns for Panera Bread, Jolly Rancher, MLB and New York Life. Previously, Tiara built media disciplines at MullenLowe Profero and ICED Media.
Tiara is a proud mom of three and has championed improved parental leave policies and women’s initiatives within all of her past agencies. She has been responsible for enhancing policies, working parent friendliness, and establishing nursing facilities to make agencies and companies a place where working moms can thrive. When she’s not running around chasing the kids, you can find her outside running or eating one of her favorite foods.
