Yoonjung Crosby is currently SVP, Chief Talent Officer for FCB NY. She is responsible for designing and building programs that allow for the attraction, retention, and development of talent, to fuel FCB NY and its growth. She also partners with all levels of the agency to foster a culture of high performance, authentic engagement, and cultural competency – especially during COVID-19, when people and culture dynamics are constantly changing.

Prior to FCB NY, Yoonjung served as Director of Talent Management at Havas, where she was instrumental in transforming the talent management function from a service model to a strategic business partnership model. She has also held roles at Gotham Inc. and the New York Post. She holds a BS in Communications from Boston University’s College of Communications and an MA in International Studies from Seoul National University’s Graduate School of International Studies.
