Kimberly Easley is currently the Principal Recruiter for Design at Airbnb. She is also the Founder/President of AIR (Allies in Recruiting), a mission driven collective which focuses on championing diverse talent across the advertising and marketing industries. AIR is represented by over 100+ talent acquisition professionals/active members/volunteers, encompassing over 70+ companies. Kimberly has also led talent acquisition for creative, brand, and executive hiring at dentsu US, global hiring across Product Design at Facebook and for Facebook's Creative X team along with Instagram's brand and product marketing teams. She has also managed resource management and recruitment for an advertising agency's creative department, led a recruitment team at a creative search agency and drove recruitment for the North America network of a global award-winning advertising agency.

She is a proven head of talent with 20+ years experience that has cultivated collaborative, strategic, human-centered partnerships to execute results-driven talent plans and create world-class teams and organizations.
