Hillary works at WPP as both a Executive Recruiter with a focus on recruiting our Global Client, Strategy and Creative Leaders and on the Leadership & Talent Development team to create and develop resources for leadership development. She will also work with the individual operating companies to further advance and develop WPP’s L&D vision and programs, and to create and deliver “white glove” service for executive coaching and development.

Hillary is hailed as an industry bellwether who is experienced in driving innovative team and individual performance solutions for multidisciplinary firms and Fortune 500 companies. Most notably, she is the founding partner of Kay & Black, an advertising industry’s leading talent engagement. Here she specialized in building best processes through elevating professional recruiting and coaching practices to influence performance management. She is also a Founding Partner of AIR- Allies in Recruiting, a professional organization dedicated to the expansion of diverse and equitable workforces as well as the co-founder of Career Happy™ a Career Development company. Lastly, she is happily a board member of The Broad Exchange .

In her 20s she aspired to be a poet but – when her dream to be the next Charles Bukowski didn’t materialize – she soon realized she was far better suited to help talent then be one. Hillary has two young children named Samuel, 6, and Blyer, 8, – two giants who think they rule her world. They definitely rule her heart.
