Hallie Harris is Chief Executive Officer of Village Marketing, an influencer-led creative agency that develops brand and performance-based marketing campaigns.

Hallie joined in April of 2019 and leads a diverse team across 50+ top brands including Anheuser-Busch, Amazon Fashion, Nike, Spotify, Netflix and others, as well as category disruptors such as The Farmer's Dog, Elvie, and Boll & Branch.

Most recently, Hallie and her team led the influencer marketing campaign for “Biden for President” and has since worked in partnership with former President Barack Obama to release his book, titled “A Promised Land,” as well as helped to promote his Spotify podcast, “Renegades”, in partnership with Bruce Springsteen. In addition, the agency is launching a new influencer marketing campaign for Michelle Obama + Netflix, which is slated to support the launch of Waffles + Mochi, a kids series on food that addresses topics such as water scarcity, disability inclusion and indigenous foodways.

Prior to Village Marketing, Hallie served as Managing Director of Epic Signal, a division of Mekanism, where she oversaw brand relationships, talent and operations across four offices in the US. In this role, she was responsible for creating partnerships with the world’s most impactful clients such as Amazon, NFL, Dropbox, MillerCoors, and Unilever.

Before that, Hallie served as General Manager and Partner at IconicTV, founded by YouTube, overseeing high profile joint-venture music relationships with Jay-Z and EDM performers, Skrillex, Diplo, and A-Trak.

Hallie currently serves as the co-chair of the Talent Committee for the Creative Alliance, a non-profit and nonpartisan alliance of over 500+ creative and communications experts, who donate their powers for the good of the country working on initiatives such as “When We All Vote” and “It's On Us.”
