Chloe believes that creativity can be a force for world-shaking change. She seamlessly combines design, storytelling and technology to innovate on behalf of global brands like Nike, Samsung and Verizon. Her human-centered design skills are key to building cultures where people are inspired to do their best work. In her current role, Chloe works to uphold creative excellence across six R/GA offices and hundreds of multi-disciplinary creative teams. To encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration, Chloe has developed numerous frameworks that lead to ‘great work that works’. These methods helped R/GA NY win ‘Agency of the Year’ at Cannes in 2015 with a wide range of work including; R/GA Ventures ‘Hammerhead’, Equinox ‘Pursuit Connected Cycling’, and Ad Council’s ‘Love Has No Labels’. Chloe was one of AdAge’s 2016 ‘Women to Watch’ and Business Insider’s 2015 'Most Creative People in Advertising'. She recently served as the 2016 Cannes Lions Cyber Jury Chair and a member of the 2017 Cannes Titanium Jury.
