Senior Vice President of Data Science and Product Development at sparks & honey, Kendra captains a team of technologists who focus on using data to quantify culture and power the transformation strategies that enable organizations to build better futures.

Kendra has spent nearly a decade and a half working for New York-based marketing and consulting firms, as well as on a few product startup projects of her own. She has worked on a host of different clients—from CPG companies like Procter & Gamble to high tech clients like IBM, as well as household names like Starbucks, AT&T, and the NYTimes.

In 2019, Kendra was named the Ad Club of New York’s Young Professional of the Year. She's currently working on several new projects, including a coaching and startup funding nonprofit that focuses on closing the innovation gap created by systemic bias.
 Kendra is a frequent keynote speaker and lecturer on issues of machine learning and AI bias, leveraging data to understand culture, and the intersections of technology and equity.
